Makeup Tutorial For College Girls

Step 1

To achieve a perfect fresh look, your makeup should be kept at minimal. Apply compact powder all over your face. Using this helps prevent excess oil and shine. If you are not in a rush, brighten your face by using a BB cream or tinted moisturizer.

Step 2

Step 2 is simply to make your face look healthier and livelier. Use a fluffy powder brush to apply a bit of blush to the cheeks. Note that light shades of blushing powders should be used. Colours like coral or pink.

Step 3

Create thin hair like strokes on the eyebrows with an eyebrow pencil. Remember that we do not want it looking fake and overdone so try as much as possible to keep it natural. Using a spoolie brush, finish by blending the lines.

Step 4

Line your upper eyelid using an eye pencil. Here, I’m using a dark eye pencil. To give the eyes a softer and natural look, Smudge out the harsh lines and completely blend it using a smudging or pencil brush.

Step 5

Set a light brown matte finish eyeshadow with the smudged pencil line. Satin and shimmer finish eyeshadows should not be used for college makeup as they can give an overdone look which we don’t want.

Step 6

Next, Use a shade of eye pencil you prefer (I’m using a white pencil)on the rim of the lower lash line. This opens up the eyes a bit.

Step 7

Mascara time!

Apply lots of mascara on the upper and lower lashes. This gives the eye a better and enhanced look.

Step 8

The final step involves applying your favorite lip colour. Lip balm or lip gloss can be used in place of a lipstick to keep up a better natural look.

You can also use more than one lipstick if you want.

Here, I used a mixture of two pink lipsticks.

Note: As a student, you need to take better care of your skin to prevent breakouts like acnes and blemishes. Make sure you adopt a good skincare regime, eat healthy and also remove your makeup before sleeping at night.
