Access Banks started a project for Banking on Women and women in 2016. The program has been designed to offer women who have banking solutions a platform to showcase their talents and help them explore the world of finance. For 8 years, Access Bank has worked with the Gender Empowerment Movement that handle women with something to change their world The Womenpreneuer Pitch-A-ton meets lifestyle and diverse career requirements tagged The ‘W’ Initiative.
The ‘W’ Initiative is a mixture of banking products and service combined to meet the lifestyle and financial needs of the modern women. It offers a rewarding and complete banking experience to women and is based on peculiarities and lifestyle classification. The initiative is divided into:
- Young Professional
- W in business
- MHSS – Maternal Health Service Support
- W and Family
Grant Requirements:
- For women who operates their businesses
- An innovative business
- A need for a grant to improve and expand business
- An opportunity to be trained to grow a business

First prize: N5 million

If you fall under the top 50 applicants, you are opportune to receive a 2 weeks mini MBA training from the International Finance Corporation.
The training will take place in Lagos. All successful applicants will be responsible for their transportation and logistics to the training venue.

Create a 60-second video with clear audio about your business using a video camera or a phone. Click the upload button afterwards to upload your pitch video.
Stage3:
You may be one of the top 50 applicants to be invited to the mini MBA from the International Finance Corporation.
