Nigeria Energy Forum (NEF) 2018 Africa Energy Innovation Competition is accepting candidates. This competition is designed to improve the early stage development of energy companies across Africa.
Early state energy entrepreneurs who are from Africa are challenged to work with industries or local research firms in creating a model of an equipment or device for a social energy enterprise or energy management system using local resources.
NEF 2018 is a development and training project for innovators, industry experts and researchers to initiate new research investment, disseminate sustainable researches that will help Africa and engage with major key figures in the energy sector.

Eligibility
- Only for Africans who are between the ages of 18 and 35 years .
- The team should be up to three people when submitting the applications
- At least one of the team members should be working in an industry or local research firm
- Team members should chosen across different countries, companies, schools, institutions, etc.
- teams or individuals may submit multiple applications.
